What we collect

VintEdge is a Chrome extension that runs entirely in your browser. We do not operate servers that ingest, store, or process your Vinted account data, listings, sales, messages, or buyer information.

Local storage

The extension stores the following in your browser's local storage only:

  • Your saved buy-price values for profit calculation
  • Cached price comparison results to speed up repeat searches
  • Your Pro license activation status (if applicable)
  • Extension preferences (currency, default shipping rate, etc.)

This data never leaves your browser. We cannot access it.

Payments

Pro tier purchases are processed by Stripe via the ExtPay service. We do not see your card details. ExtPay receives only the email you choose to provide at checkout. See ExtensionPay privacy policy.

Third-party services

Price comparison queries are sent directly from your browser to vinted.com domains (vinted.com, vinted.fr, vinted.de, vinted.es, vinted.it, vinted.nl, vinted.be, vinted.pl, vinted.pt, vinted.lt, vinted.cz, vinted.se, vinted.hu, vinted.ro, vinted.sk, vinted.fi, vinted.dk, vinted.at). We do not proxy or log these requests.

Auto-translate uses your browser's built-in translation API. No translation data is sent to our servers.

Cookies and tracking

VintEdge sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking pixels. We have no analytics on this landing page beyond standard web server logs (anonymous IPs for abuse protection only, deleted after 7 days).

Permissions explained

  • storage — to save your buy prices and preferences locally
  • alarms — to schedule bulk relists at your chosen times
  • activeTab + tabs — to inject the calculator UI into vinted.com pages you have open
  • host_permissions for vinted.com domains — to read listing details for profit calculation

Your rights

To delete all VintEdge data, uninstall the extension. All locally stored data is removed automatically. Pro license records held by ExtPay can be deleted by emailing [email protected].

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date and post the new version here. Material changes will be communicated via the Chrome Web Store listing notes.
